WHAT BRANDS DO YOU PRINT ON?
We currently print on American Apparel t-shirts (except blaze orange). They are 100% ringspun cotton unless otherwise noted. Our t-shirts are made in the USA and proudly printed in Portland, Maine. They provide a superior fit and quality, and are the softest, best looking t-shirt around.
HOW DO I KNOW I'M PICKING THE RIGHT SIZE?
American Apparel t-shirts are a slightly more fitted shirt than the standard tee. Please check out their sizing chart if you are unsure of your size. GUYS | GIRLS
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All of our packages are shipped via USPS first class mail from South Portland, ME.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
It depends on the size of your order. Our shopping cart is set up by weight of product. It calculates rates based on what you have in the cart. Shirts are shipped in poly envelopes, glassware and heavier items are shipped in sturdy boxes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
We ship on Mondays and Fridays. Packages typically take 5-10 days to arrive at your door after purchase, but in most cases they will arrive sooner.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currrently, we do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in having something shipped internationally, please contact us for a shipping estimate.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We gladly accept credit cards such as MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express or direct payments through Paypal. All payments are processed through Paypal to ensure your safety.
HOW SAFE IS THE STORE?
The store uses Paypal for payments, and Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encrytion key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
We completely respect the privacy of friends and customers. In no way will we be involved in the distribution of any personal information of our customers. DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THE STORE?
No, you do not need a paypal account to purchase from the store, credit cards can also be used. Although, if you already have a Paypal account you may use it.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our goal is 100% satisfataction. In general unworn shirts can be returned within 15 days of delivery. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions, please contact us.
